Meet Dr. Anna Marie O'Looney

I believe that true healing happens when we care for the whole person—not just the symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your health. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, navigating pregnancy, supporting your child's development, or simply looking to feel and function your best, I'm honored to be part of your wellness journey.

My path into chiropractic began at Syracuse University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in 2001, followed by my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2004. After graduation, I began practicing as an associate chiropractor in Manhattan, caring for patients with a wide variety of health concerns and discovering how rewarding it is to help people improve their quality of life through natural, hands-on care.

In 2008, I opened my own private chiropractic practice in New Jersey. At the same time, I pursued a unique opportunity in healthcare as an Intraoperative Neurophysiologist, working alongside surgical teams from 2009 through 2018. This experience helped me get first hand insight into the surgical aspect of patient care as it pertained to the hip, spine, and brain.

In 2014, I moved to Stony Point to start a family. In 2018, I practiced as an independent chiropractor here before proudly taking over North Rockland Chiropractic in 2019. Since then, it has been a privilege to care for individuals and families throughout our community.

I enjoy caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to older adults—and believe every stage of life deserves thoughtful, individualized care. As a Webster Technique Certified chiropractor, I have advanced training in caring for pregnant women and helping support comfort, balance, and optimal pelvic function throughout pregnancy. I also love working with infants and children, helping them grow, develop, and thrive through gentle chiropractic care.

Because every person's healing journey is different, my practice also offers Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. These gentle therapies complement chiropractic care by supporting nervous system regulation, reducing stress, and encouraging the body's natural ability to heal. Whether used on their own or integrated into a personalized treatment plan, they allow me to care for patients in a more holistic and individualized way.

One of the greatest joys of my work is building lasting relationships with my patients. I believe healthcare should be collaborative, unhurried, and centered around your unique goals—not insurance requirements or one-size-fits-all treatment plans. My commitment is to provide compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming environment where you and your family can feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your path toward lifelong wellness.

I look forward to welcoming you to North Rockland Chiropractic and helping you discover what it feels like to move better, feel better, and live well.
